Ingredients
7 cups seeded 1-inch watermelon cubes
2 cups halved grape tomatoes
1 cup halved, thinly sliced red onion
1 cup (about 5 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine watermelon cubes, tomatoes, red onion and feta cheese.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour over watermelon mixture.
